You will need to gather a few pieces of information.
If you don't have it handy, you can start the application now
and finish it later. Use the Username you create at the start
of the application to come back and complete it.
If you want to use Approval Express and get an instant decision,
your application needs to be as complete as possible. If you
change your mind, stop at any time and send us your application,
even if it is incomplete. A local Allied Loan officer will contact
you directly to assist you further.
Review the Preplist. Most of the information you know, some you
may need to look up; like bank accounts, other assets, major monthly
expenses, current mortgage payments, income and employment information.

What kind of loan do you want? There are many different ways to
finance a home purchase. The most common is called a "30 year fixed
rate mortgage". If you are not sure what type of loan best suits you,
choose this one. If you are more familiar with the mortgage process,
you may want to consult our mortgage calculators to assist you in
deciding what type of financing would suit you best.
How much can you afford? If you are unsure about how much you can borrow or how large a mortgage payment
you can afford, our
mortgage calculators can help you.

to estimate the largest house payment you can afford.
Filling out the application. You can jump to any part of the application
at any time. Use the Quick Links on the right hand side, to go to any part
of the application you wish. Items marked in red contain information that
is needed for Approval Express. The Legend at the bottom right of the
page tell you what information is needed to complete this section.
Get Started
Go to the "Apply Now!" button on the right side of this screen.
You will need to enter a name - a nickname, or your first name,
something common to you and easy to remember. Once you enter
your "Name", press "Next". You will see your "Name" with a 4 digit
number added to the end. Please write it down. If you need to stop
for some reason, you can use this "username" to come back later
and to complete your application.
